A Legacy Built on Passion for the Sea.
Founded in 1986 by Eng. Amr Abou El-Seoud and his father, Commodore Ossama Abou El-Seoud, Montazah Group began with a clear passion: bringing world-class marine and watersports experiences to Egypt. What started as the Montazah Water Sports & Diving Center, nestled within the iconic Montazah Palace Gardens in Alexandria, quickly evolved into a destination for adventure seekers, professionals, and families who love the sea.
Our story
Over the years, the Group expanded its scope from a single diving and watersports hub into a diversified marine powerhouse. Today, Montazah Group is recognized as one of Egypt’s leading marine service providers — offering boating solutions, marina operations, floating dock manufacturing, marine retail, training, and a wide range of recreational experiences. With more than three decades of hands-on expertise, Montazah Group continues to set new standards in quality, safety, and customer experience across every division.
Our heritage is built on respect for the sea, innovation in every detail, and a commitment to creating memorable moments for generations of Egyptians and international visitors. What began as a family passion has grown into a trusted brand shaping the future of Egypt’s marine sector.
